## Capability and equipment
- FDM print farm running around the clock, parallel jobs, production speeds over 500 mm/s.
- Hotend temperatures to 310 C with enclosed chambers — carbon fiber nylon, polycarbonate and glass fiber composites are in range.
- BigPAM large format: 800 x 800 x 900 mm build volume, 75 mm3/s extrusion rate, nozzle sizes 0.4 mm to 3.0 mm, Mosquito Magnum Plus hotend with Bondtech LGX Pro extruder, integrated bed probe and mesh leveling.
- BigPAM multi-material unit: 8 filament channels — up to 8 colors in one part, or up to 24 kg of continuous material (8 x 3 kg spools), plus breakaway support material.
- AI camera monitoring on long prints for real-time failure detection.
- Post-processing in house: sanding, smoothing, sculpting, painting, sealing, heat-set inserts, lighting and automation.

## Materials
- PLA — plant-based, smooth finish, vibrant color, biodegradable. Best for prototypes, display models and decorative parts. We run Polymaker PolyTerra and Panchroma.
- PETG — stronger and more rigid than PLA, glossy finish, good chemical and moisture resistance. Best all-round choice for functional and outdoor parts.
- TPU — flexible rubber-like parts that tolerate flex, friction and impact. Castor wheels, seals, gaskets, drive belts, protective cases, bumpers, soles.
- Nylon composites — PA6, PA6.6 and PA12 blends with carbon fiber (high impact, heat and wear resistance) or glass fiber (high-temp and electrical). Our strongest and most heat-resistant option, for industrial and engineering end-use parts.
- Choosing: appearance first -> PLA (matte) or PETG (gloss). Flex or impact -> TPU. Rigid and durable -> PETG. High heat, high load, engineering -> nylon composite.
