Pittsburgh’s Premier 3D Printing Partner

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Welcome to 3D Print Pittsburgh, operated by Infill LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using 3dprintpgh.com (the “Site”) or any of the products or services offered through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the Site to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content; to attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or any connected systems; or to interfere with the operation of the Site or with other users’ access to it.

2. 3D Printing Services

3D Print Pittsburgh provides custom additive manufacturing (3D printing) services, including but not limited to FDM/FFF, SLA/MSLA, and SLS production runs of customer-supplied or in-house-designed parts. Quotes generated through the Site are estimates based on the information provided at the time of quoting; final pricing may change if the model, material, quantity, or post-processing requirements change before production begins.

By submitting a model, design file, or other artwork to us, you represent that you own the rights necessary to have the design produced or are otherwise legally authorized to do so. We reserve the right to refuse any order — at our sole discretion — that we believe infringes the rights of a third party, violates applicable law, or is otherwise inappropriate for us to produce.

3. Intellectual Property

Your content stays yours. Customer-supplied designs, files, and artwork remain the property of the customer. We do not claim ownership of your work and will not use it for marketing, derivative work, or AI training purposes without your written permission. By submitting a file to us, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to use, copy, and reproduce that file as necessary to fulfill your order.

Our content stays ours. The Site, our logo, our branding, our blog content, our internally-developed designs, and all related materials are the property of Infill LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of these materials without our prior written consent.

4. Custom Services Are Non-Refundable

Because every order we produce is custom-manufactured to your specifications, custom 3D printing services are final sale and non-refundable. If a part you receive has a manufacturing defect that originated in our production process, we will replace it under the terms of our Refund and Returns Policy. Please review that policy in full before placing an order.

5. Tolerances, Materials, and Manufacturing Variance

3D printing is a manufacturing process, not a guarantee of dimensional perfection. Acceptable tolerances vary by process, material, and part geometry; in general, parts may exhibit dimensional variation of approximately ±0.2 mm or ±0.5%, whichever is greater, plus visible layer lines, support marks, and surface texture inherent to the process. Material color may vary slightly between production runs and between manufacturers. If your application requires a tighter tolerance or specific aesthetic standard, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet your requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that 3D-printed parts are suitable for any specific application, including but not limited to load-bearing, food-contact, medical, automotive, aerospace, or safety-critical use. The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a printed part is fit for its intended use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Infill LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to the Site, our services, or any product produced for you. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (payment processors, email services, accounting platforms, and similar). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
