Our Story
3D Print Pittsburgh started as a labor of love — a group of Pittsburgh-native engineers and creatives who saw the potential of additive manufacturing to solve real problems for real people. What began with a handful of modified printers has grown into a full-service 3D printing operation capable of handling everything from one-off prototypes to production runs of thousands.
We’re not a faceless online service — we’re your neighbors. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, we work directly with local businesses, startups, hobbyists, and creators. Whether you need a custom enclosure for an industrial application or a one-of-a-kind gift, we bring the same level of care and precision to every project.

Our Technology
We run a multi-printer farm using both custom-built machines and production-grade equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
FDM Print Farm
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) builds parts layer by layer from thermoplastic filament. Our multi-printer farm runs around the clock, handling parallel jobs for fast turnaround on orders of any size.
High-Temp Capable
With hotend temperatures up to 310°C and enclosed build chambers, we can print engineering-grade materials like carbon fiber nylon, polycarbonate, and glass fiber composites.
Speed & Precision
Our production printers reach speeds over 500mm/s without sacrificing quality. Tuned profiles for each material ensure dimensional accuracy and clean surface finishes on every part.
