3D Print Pittsburgh (an Infill LLC trade name) operates a conversational SMS program from +1 (412) 939-5611 to communicate with customers about their projects, quotes, and orders. By providing your mobile phone number to us through any of the channels described below, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us at that number under the terms described on this page.

How You Opt In

You provide consent to receive SMS messages when you give us your mobile number through any of these initiated channels:

  • By phone: When you call our line at 412-939-5611 and provide a mobile number for callbacks or quote follow-up, our representative will inform you that the number may be used for SMS replies and that you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • Via our website: When you submit a quote request, place an order through our online store, or check out as a customer, the form includes a checkbox or notice indicating that the mobile number you provide may be used for SMS communication about your project or order.
  • By email: If you email [email protected] and ask us to follow up by text, or include your mobile number with a request to be reached on it, that constitutes consent.

We do not import phone-number lists, purchase contact lists, or send messages to anyone who has not first contacted us. Each recipient has individually given us their number through one of the channels above.

What You’ll Receive

Messages are conversational and project-specific. Examples:

  • Replies to questions you’ve already asked us
  • Quote details, status updates, and design questions about your project
  • Pickup, drop-off, and delivery coordination
  • Order confirmations and shipping updates
  • Follow-ups on conversations we’ve already had

We do not send marketing, promotions, bulk messages, sweepstakes, or any content unrelated to your specific inquiry or order.

Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies by project. A typical project involves roughly 5–10 messages over its lifetime. Some projects involve more, some involve none.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge separately for the text messages themselves.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages from us at any time by replying with any of the following keywords to a message you’ve received from 412-939-5611:

STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

You’ll receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which we won’t send you any further SMS messages from this number. If you change your mind, reply START, UNSTOP, or YES to resubscribe.

Supported Carriers

SMS messages are delivered through major U.S. wireless carriers including (but not limited to) AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most regional and MVNO carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS message content are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely for the conversational purposes described above.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date at the top.
